Five or Seven team flights will play pool games only, and champion and finalist will be based upon points.

Check-in
I (Tournament director only) will hold a Friday night check-in at Embassy Suites in Lompoc. Please make arrangements with tournament director by email if planning on checking in Friday night.
 
Saturday Check-in begins at 6:30 am:
90 minutes prior to first scheduled game at River Bend Community Park. Authorized manager/coach may complete check in. In order to speed up your check-in, have your player forms, birth certificates and player passes in alphabetical order.
  • Player Roster signed by coach and/or manager to verify accuracy
  • Copy of birth certificate for all CYSA players
  • Laminated player passes for all players (2009-10, Summer Reg, USYSA) coaches and administrators (all team must have 1 coach with a valid coaching credential on the sideline at all games)
  • Signed and stamped medical release forms for all players
  • Signed travel papers for all non-Cal South teams
Parking Pass-
Parking Pass can be purchased at the entrance for $5 per day or $10 for the entire weekend. Parking passes must be displayed in the window of all vehicles.
Parking Citations will be given out to vehicles in non-designated spots, or those without a parking pass.
 
GAME LENGTH
Every attempt will be made to keep games at their full length and begin them on time. In order to do this successfully, we need all teams to cooperate! Please ensure your sidelines are clean before you leave! Games may be shortened to keep all games on time.
 
Home team (listed first on schedule) occupies north or west sides of the field. Home team to change jerseys in case of color conflict. Home team to supply game ball.
 
Player check-in
Field Marshals will check players in at the field 20 prior to kick-off.
  1. Managers, please give player passes and game card to Field Marshal.
  2. Players must be lined up, in full uniform. No toe cleats, shin guards covered by socks, no jewelry or hair clips.
