Here is the Final schedule for the 2009 Shootout in the West.

Please review the schedule for your team, and let me know if there are any issues.

Please do this soon so that if there are any errors, we can correct them.

I have tried to accomodate all of the special requests that I could,

if yours was not accomodated, please know that I tried.

Registration will be begin at 6:00 PM on Friday night April 24 at the Holiday Inn.

It is located at 541 Carriage House Drive, and will last until 8:30 PM.

For teams that are coming in on Saturday, you will register at North Park.

Please plan to register at least 1 and 1/2 hours before the start time of your first game.

Don't forget that free West Tennessee Diamond Jaxx baseball game tickets will be available

for all players and coaches when you check in. The games will be Friday night,

Saturday night( with a fireworks display), and Sunday afternoon.

We are working hard to have a great tournament for you.
